Investment Consultancy
APS provides specialist consultancy services to project developers and investors through development site search, feasibility study, and investment advice and planning.
We aim to develop a long-term working relationship with project investors/developers. At the first stage, our investment specialists will do in-depth work on formulating clients' project development strategies and feasibility plans. Through support by other professional teams, we will be able to work together from a concept plan through to ultimately help them fulfil their needs and reach their financial goals.
Our consultancy specialist team consists of professional site buyers, financial planners and advisors, accountants, marketing specialists, project managers, architects, builders and other construction team members.
